Popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav, along with others, are facing a money laundering investigation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) linked to an alleged snake venom-rave party case. This probe follows an FIR registered by Noida Police on November 2nd, 2023.

The ED’s investigation focuses on tracing the source and use of funds suspected to be linked to the organization of these rave parties. Reports indicate that Elvish Yadav and those implicated will be questioned as part of the inquiry.

Earlier this year, in March, the Noida Police arrested Yadav and remanded him to judicial custody for 14 days. During this period, he reportedly admitted knowing singer Fazilpuria and other arrested individuals, including a snake charmer named Rahul. Yadav claimed he met them at various rave parties.

Furthermore, the Noida Police invoked the stringent provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act against Yadav, suggesting serious drug-related activity, which can make securing bail more challenging.

The case against Yadav stemmed from a complaint filed by People For Animals (PFA) in 2023. This complaint led to a police raid on a banquet hall in Noida’s Sector 51, resulting in five arrests. The complaint specifically mentioned Yadav, accusing him of organizing rave parties involving foreign nationals and dangerous activities with venomous snakes.

Siddhartha Yadav, better known as Elvish Yadav, is a prominent figure in the digital space, particularly among younger audiences. Hailing from Gurugram, he gained fame not only through his Bigg Boss OTT 2 victory but also through popular music videos such as “Bad Guy,” “Systumm,” and “Meter Khench Ke.”
