Virat Kohli Fined for IPL Code of Conduct Breach in Match against KKR

The match, which took place on Sunday, saw Kohli fined 50% of his match fee for breaching the IPL’s Code of Conduct.

The incident occurred amidst a backdrop of RCB’s challenging season, marked by a seventh defeat in eight matches during the IPL 2024 campaign. Kohli’s contentious moment emerged during a pivotal phase of the game, accentuating the drama of the encounter.

During his batting stint against KKR, Kohli’s dismissal triggered controversy, with the RCB captain expressing dismay over the third umpire’s decision.
