Former Haryana Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, announced that when the Congress government is formed in the state, they will reintroduce the ‘bring medal, get post’ policy for sportspersons. Additionally, players will once again receive a three percent quota in jobs.

To further enhance sports infrastructure, Hooda pledged to build stadiums in villages and provide comprehensive facilities. From an early age, children will receive diet allowances, coaching, and all necessary resources at the school level to nurture sports talent.

Hooda also congratulated shooter Manu Bhaker for her Olympic medal win. He expressed confidence in her abilities, citing her grandfather’s belief that she would secure a medal. Hooda wished Manu Bhaker and all athletes the best of luck in upcoming competitions, expressing hope for a significant medal haul for the country.
