Big Boss Winner Elvish Yadav Confesses to Supplying Snake Venom
Noida: In a major development, Big Boss winner and famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been sent to 14 days judicial custody by a court in Greater Noida. He was arrested by the Noida Police on Sunday for his alleged involvement in the supply of snake venom to a rave party. During interrogation, Yadav confessed to supplying snake venom to the rave party. He also admitted to being in contact with other accused in the case.
Yadav was summoned by the Noida Police for questioning on Sunday. After interrogation, he was arrested and presented in the District and Sessions Court
in Surajpur, Greater Noida. The court sent him to 14 days judicial custody.
Yadav has confessed to his involvement in the crime.
During interrogation, Yadav confessed to supplying snake venom to the rave party. He
also admitted to being in contact with other accused in the case. The police have added several sections of the NDPS Act against him, including sections 8, 20, 27, 27A, 29, 30, and 32. If found guilty under these sections, Yadav could face up to 20 years in prison.
Yadav had earlier challenged the police to prove his involvement.
After the forensic report of the snake venom came out positive, Yadav had challenged the police to prove that he was present at the rave party. He had released a video on YouTube claiming that he was innocent. The Noida Police are continuing their investigation into the case. They are looking for other accused who are still at large.
